Female Support Worker Shawbury near Wem 24,829 per annum (pro rata) Part Time

Candidates would need to have Full UK License with business insurance to support the client out and about in the community.

Day shifts only - 9:30am - 6:30pm. Occasionally 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm and 10pm - 8am during periods of respite (subject to changes)

We are looking for part time Female Support Workers to work with us in Shawbury supporting a gentleman who has an Acquired Brain Injury and lives with his wife in their family home. He enjoys engaging in discussions on current affairs, doing crosswords and word games, and enjoys the outdoors so anyone sharing those interest would be hugely beneficial in supporting him but not essential. He does provide a car to be able to get out into the community so successful applicants need to have a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive his car.

Supporting our person to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our person with social activities. Providing, and encouraging, personal care if needed. And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
