We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Stoke-on-Trent. This person has

complex clinical needs including PEG feeding, oral suctioning, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy

-- and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.


What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. They love music, enjoy pampering sessions, and thrive on trips out into the community, especially visiting local shops. To help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who

know the local area

and who

hold a full UK driving licence

.

What you'll be doing

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high?quality support on a

2:1 basis

Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment

This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.

What you'll bring

We're looking for people who already have experience in:

Complex Care Epilepsy Cerebral Palsy PEG Feeding

Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
