What you'll be doing:
Helping the people we support enjoy exciting activities in the community and make new memories
Assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and having fun together
Offering personal care when needed, ensuring the people we support feel confident and independent
Using a digital app (Nourish) to keep track of care plans and progress - we'll show you how, no worries!
Encouraging positive outcomes and supporting people in their goals

The details:
You'll need to be flexible, as this role involves working some weekends, Bank holidays, and sleep ins. A full DBS check will be required for successful candidates.
