Experienced Support Worker (Female*)



Required in Yeovil



32 hours per week



We are seeking to recruit an experienced support worker to join our client's established care team.

Our 15-year-old client, who has cerebral palsy and complex needs, requires bespoke 2:1 care to ensure that her everyday needs, including personal care, leisure, therapy and sensory enrichment requirements, are met.

Our client is extremely sociable, expressive and loves to be busy and interacting with others, so flexibility, reliability and a sense of fun are key to this role.

Shift patterns will be a mixture of day shifts and sleep-in night shifts and will vary depending on the needs of our client and her family. Shifts may also include accompanying our client on family holidays and weekend breaks away.

Applicants must be able to drive a manual vehicle.

Rates of Pay:



17.00 per hour (Monday - Friday day shift rate) National Minimum Wage per hour (Monday - Sunday sleep-in night shift rate) 19.00 per hour (Saturday & Sunday day shift rate)
Two excellent references and an enhanced DBS check will be pursued
