As a
Night Support Worker
, you will be working within the comfort and familiarity of our clients' own homes, delivering person-centred care tailored to their unique needs.
Night shift times differ depending on the client needs and preference, however shifts are typically between 9-12 hours during the night.
As a Female Night Support Worker you will be required to:
Support children and young people with complex care needs during the night
Provide safe and effective
tracheostomy care
Monitor clients' health and well-being throughout the shift
Follow individual care plans and clinical procedures
Ensure a calm, comfortable, and secure environment overnight
We are seeking a candidate who is:
Female

Clinically trained and experienced in tracheostomy care
