Inclusion Independence is a Stourbridge based Care Company that specialize in supporting adults with disabilities in a care home on a day-to-day basis. Our company is a company that focuses on Social Inclusion for adults with Disabilities in the community. We do this by having a person-centred approach that encourages building positive relationships with the service users. We have been recently rated as Good by CQC for the care we provide.

We are now recruiting for a full time waking night Carer to join our existing fun and friendly team.

Duties include supporting service users to:

Cook

Clean

Shop

Complete laundry

Meet cultural needs

Working on a shift basis

Record keeping

Applicants who would like to apply for this role need to have a level 2, 3 or 5 in health and Social Care or equivalent. Carers need to have a can, do attitude and have a passion for working within the Social Care sector.

Applicants will require experience of working in the care sector, staff will be expected to provide support for a young male and female with Autism and epilepsy as part of a team in Stourbridge. Staff will have the support of a sleep in member of staff at the house and it's to provide support if the female has a seizure during the night or requires support with personal care needs.

In return we offer the following:

Salary of up to 13.5 per hour Sleep ins paid at 67.50 Ongoing training and development Mileage paid at 40 pence per mile Career Progression (all of our Home Managers have come from being promoted internally) Hours of Support 9pm-9am
