Job Description

We are a professional landscaping company looking for an experienced skilled Fencer/Joiner to join our team on a subcontract basis either part or full time.

The role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of fencing, gates, decking, and timber structures to a high professional standard. You will be working on a variety of private domestic sites supporting our landscaping team to deliver quality outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install and repair a range of fencing types (timber, panel, close board, post & rail, security fencing, etc.) Construct gates, decking, pergolas, and other bespoke timber features Measure, cut, and assemble timber and other materials to specification Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to agreed deadlines Maintain a clean and organised work area Liaise with the landscaping team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements

Subcontract only*
Own tools and transport (essential) but some equipment is supplied by the company Ability to read and follow site plans/drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
