Keystone Group: All Trades One Place is a fast growing trades services company providing a one stop shop property construction, repairs and maintenance solution. We take pride in our friendly and professional approach delivering reliability, quality and value for money for our customers. We work with a wide range of clients from individual home owners to landlords, letting agents, housing associations and local authorities.

We are seeking to recruit an additional Fencer and Landscaper to join our Trades Team either PAYE or self-employed. The work will mainly involve fencing, ground clearance and slabbing but may also occasional involve assisting with concreting, bricklaying, repointing and block laying. The right candidate will possess a positive and friendly personality and be willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Have a good understanding of health and safety and work to company health and safety systems at all times Use cable avoidance tools to check for cables thoroughly prior to any digging Ground clearance incl. use of digger to prepare ground for fencing or hard standing Dig out post holes by hand or auger Professional installation of timber and concrete fence posts, of relative depths to height Installation of gravel boards, arris rails and feather board fencing Installation of concrete spurs and the carrying out of repairs where possible Bricklaying to install feature walls or repairing existing walls Preparing and compacting areas of hard standing prior to finish Slab and patio laying or block paving Installation of different types of drains incl. French and surface drains Be conversant in the use of Cable Avoidance detection tools or willing to learn Keep work sites clean and tidy at all times

Knowledge and experience in all aspects ground preparation and fencing Experience and/or qualifications in the use of cable detection equipment Fully conversant with site health and safety rules Attention to detail and takes pride in their work Polite and respectful of occupants space incl. ensuring a clean work environment at all times Team player with positive solution focused attitude
