, is seeking a skilled and proactive

Contracts Manager

to join our team. Working alongside another Contracts Manager, you'll oversee teams and help deliver fencing projects to the highest standard -- on time, on budget, and with great customer care.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll manage all aspects of job delivery -- from quoting and scheduling to supervising crews and ensuring every job meets our quality and safety standards. You'll also handle direct communication with both current and prospective customers across phone, email, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Pricing & Planning

: Prepare accurate quotes for a range of domestic and commercial fencing projects.

Team Management

: Oversee the field teams -- allocate work, monitor progress, resolve any issues that arise and check work for quality control

Customer Communication

: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from existing and potential customers in a timely and professional manner.

Tools, Equipment & PPE Oversight

: Ensure all tools and gear are available, well-maintained, and safely used on-site.

Compliance & Safety

: Make sure all teams follow Bresch Brothers policies, industry regulations, and Health & Safety Practices

Collaboration

: Work closely with the other Contracts Manager to coordinate schedules, resources, and team support.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in a Contracts Manager or supervisory role in fencing, construction, or similar trades

(required)

Knowledge of both

domestic and commercial fencing

practices Strong communication skills -- confident handling both team leadership and customer contact Ability to quote, schedule, and manage multiple jobs at once A reliable, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Valid driver's license (required)
