Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fencing Supervisor to oversee our Fencing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in all types of security & temporary fencing and will be responsible for coordinating activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities and a hands-on approach to managing teams.

We are looking for someone who wants a long term future within the company and to progress to Contracts Manager, with the training and help provided.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams to ensure project milestones are met. Provide guidance and support Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment to maintain quality control. Manage the use of hand tools and power tools effectively while ensuring proper maintenance. Facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders to promote collaboration. Assist in the training and development of new staff members in fabrication techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and clients alike. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on-site.
