About the Roundhouse:
Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960s we've opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities - day in, night out. We're on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.
Artistic Programme:
Each year the Roundhouse presents a world-class, cross-artform Artistic Programme which pushes extraordinary experiences to audiences. The programme reflects the world we live in and that young people are at the heart of the Roundhouse. Key to the programme is Roundhouse Three Sixty, a festival pushing boundaries and creating unforgettable moments across the entire Roundhouse site. Across April the programme showcases music, spoken word, theatre, visual arts, podcasts, and club nights-with each event amplifying the voices of today's most vital and unapologetic artists.
The Role
The Festival Project Manager - Young People will manage the participation of young people from Roundhouse Young Creative's programmes across the second iteration of Roundhouse Three Sixty.
The Three Sixty programme will feature globally recognised artists sharing the main stage with emerging artists nurtured by the Roundhouse. This role will work closely with Young Creatives participating across the entire festival, ensuring enjoyable and impactful experiences for all.

The Festival Project Manager - Young People will also be assigned other projects to be confirmed as the 2026 programme is finalised. On each project they will focus on managing the participation of the young people whilst working with the Producer to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard.
