Festive Retail Supervisor - 12.45 per hour

Ho, ho, ho! This Christmas, Longleat will be sprinkled with festive magic - from the twinkling Light Trail to Santa's cosy Grotto and the enchanting Jungle Cruise. We're on the lookout for Santa's little helpers to join our team and spread joy, laughter, and holiday cheer to families from near and far.

Your Mission:

As a Supervisor, you'll support the Retail Manager in leading a joyful, high-performing team at the heart of Longleat's magical Christmas event. From welcoming families into our twinkling photo experiences, to helping the team hit their festive goals, or making sure operations run as smoothly as Santa's sleigh on a snowy night, you'll be part of creating memories that guests will treasure forever.

Your Responsibilities:

Recruiting, training, and developing team members who share the warmth and wonder of Christmas with every guest. Being an on-site ambassador for Magic Memories and building strong, cheerful partnerships with the Longleat team. Managing weekly team rotas and keeping everything running smoothly through the festive rush. Driving daily sales and team targets, keeping spirits bright along the way. Supporting stock management, financial reporting, and labour forecasting. Leading regular one-to-one check-ins and team reviews - keeping your team motivated and merry. Opening and closing the site, including cashing up and reporting.

The kind of elf we need:

Experience in a supervisory role. Previous retail or sales experience - you know how to make tills jingle as much as Christmas bells! Strong administrative skills to keep everything organised behind the scenes A passion for creating magical guest experiences. Target-driven focus with a strong commercial awareness. Warm, enthusiastic leadership with the ability to keep your team shining in a busy, high-footfall winter wonderland. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude - even on the chilliest nights.
