Are you a home installation engineer with experience in telecoms and working on the BT network? Are you looking for a new role with real progression and local work? Are you a copper engineer, looking to up skill to fibre?

My client are currently looking for telecoms home installation engineers to work on behalf of an ISP based in and around colchester area. You will be a salaried employee, working directly the ISP connecting their customers and ensuring a quality service is provided to the customer. All tools and vehicles will be provided for this position and you will have full, ongoing support from supervisors and management.

I am also interested in speaking with copper engineers who are interested in moving into fibre, as they are able to provide training and up skilling from copper to fibre.

This is a full time salaried position on PAYE, with a salary of up to \xc2\xa332,000 depending on experience and current skills, pay reviews are held regularly so salary increase alongside new skill sets are available. Progression routes are available for engineers who are interested in progressing into supervisor positions.

\xc2\xb7PIA pole access (Openreach accredited)
\xc2\xb7Streetworks, SA001, SA002, S7, S8
\xc2\xb7Working at Height above 3 metres using ladder
\xc2\xb7Experience of FTTP projects
\xc2\xb7Excellent communication skills
\xc2\xb7Excellent customer service skills
\xc2\xb7Experience of using MS Office
\xc2\xb7A Full UK Driving License
