We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Fibreglass Laminator to join our skilled production team. We are looking to recruit the following-

Fibreglass Technician

The Role

As a Fibreglass Laminator, you'll be responsible for producing, repairing and finishing GRP components used in our refrigerated van conversions.

Your key duties will include:

Preparing and waxing moulds for lay-up Applying gel coat and fibreglass laminates Trimming, sanding and finishing panels to a high standard Carrying out small repairs and touch-ups Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area Working with the production team to meet build deadline

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year of fibreglass / GRP/Ply laminating experience Understands mould prep, gel coating and lay-up processes Can read and follow job sheets accurately Has a strong work ethic and attention reto detail Works well in a team and takes pride in quality workmanship Is reliable, punctual and proactive
Experience in vehicle bodywork, boat building, or composite manufacturing would be a bonus.
