About This Role
As a Field Account Executive at DIZZLE, you'll be the driving force behind transforming local food scenes in your territory. You'll serve as both a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to restaurant owners, helping them unlock their full potential through our innovative platform. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you'll build meaningful relationships while delivering measurable growth for both DIZZLE and our restaurant partners.
Your Territory: You'll own and develop your designated area, becoming the face of DIZZLE for local food businesses while working from a home-based setup with extensive field travel.
Key Responsibilities - Your Recipe for Success Drive Partnership Growth
Maximize revenue potential of existing DIZZLE restaurant partners through strategic relationship building and data-driven optimization
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your territory to expand our restaurant network
Execute comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring all new partners are visited within 10 days of going live and set up for immediate success
Strategic Account Management
Develop customized growth strategies for each restaurant partner based on local market dynamics and performance data
Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively with partners to achieve ambitious order volume targets
Partner Education & Support
Conduct regular business reviews and training sessions to optimize partner performance on operational excellence, menu optimization, and customer experience
Guide restaurant partners through best practices for digital marketing, promotional strategies, and customer retention
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated partner issues and strategic initiatives
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Stay ahead of local food trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams on product development and market expansion strategies
Represent DIZZLE at local food industry events and networking opportunities
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Proven B2B Experience:
2+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably having worked for JUST EAT, Deliveroo or other food apps in a similar role.
Results-Driven Mindset:
Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious targets with a competitive drive to succeed
Communication Excellence:
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Organizational Mastery:
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Valid UK Driving License:
Full, clean license
