Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Field Agent to join our team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for conducting doorstep field visits, communicating with clients, and promoting our services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.

As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are looking to further increase our team of over one hundred officers across the country to meet client demand and maintain exceptionally high service standards to our clients.

Work is received centrally and distributed to our officers via our bespoke secure system to ensure that all officers have adequate work to provide a solid and recurring income. An initial discussion would be had between prospective candidates and managers to determine areas which can be covered

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Prospective applicants must be highly organized and be able to follow procedures

Must have an open approach and good work ethic to accommodate the range of activities required by the role.

Multi-task.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Ability to show empathy- this is critical given that we many encounter members of the public who are experiencing difficulties and may be vulnerable

Adept at conflict resolution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The role of a Customer Engagement is to act as a representative of Churchill Recovery Solutions Ltd to deliver a range of services that are required by the various utility companies. The main duties which are required is the face to face attendance to residential and commercial properties on behalf of different utility clients to undertake the following activities connected to their utility supply.

In depth knowledge of debt, possible resolutions and repercussion of failure to resolve.

Data Capture. E.g. verification of customer details, Meter Reads, Vulnerability assessments etc.

Provision of documentation to secure payment of arrears.

Execution of Warrants to secure payment / access to deliver resolution.

This role requires the applicant to be articulate and well presented to represent the business as well as being able to adapt well to both different and in some cases, challenging scenarios. Full training and onboarding will be provided as well as the back up a regional team leader to assist across the work assigned.

This role is predominantly field based and all applicants are required to hold a full clean driving license and their own motor vehicle with adequate insurance.

You must not have a criminal record and will be required to undergo a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) and Credit Reference Check.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
