FIELD APPLICATION SPECIALIST (UK)

diagnostics? AliveDx is seeking a

Field Application Specialist

to join our Commercial team based across the UK. In this field- based role, you will be part of a global mission to transform diagnostics into better patient outcomes by supporting customers with our innovative diagnostic solutions from installation to training to troubleshooting. The role is full time, permanent, working 37.5 hours per week. The preferred candidate region covers the M1/M4.





YOUR MISSION



Your main responsibilities will include:

- Act as a first-level support for customers using AliveDx diagnostic solutions

- Deliver professional on-site installations, IQ/OQ procedures, and customer training

- Provide application support and product troubleshooting for autoimmunity and allergy testing

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and performance issues using CRM systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complaint investigations, trending and risk analysis

- Support sales and marketing teams through generating sales leads, conducting demos and clinical evaluations

- Participate in the creation of training materials and user documentation

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation is completed as per requirements.





YOUR COMPETENCIES



- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or equivalent

- Medical Tech certification or Master's degree is desired

- Significant experience as a laboratory technician working in the autoimmune/allergy testing market

- Experience with and/or certified in regulatory environments such as CLIA, HIPAA, Safe-Harbor, GMP

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills

- Analytical thinker with a proactive, self-motivated mindset

- Valid driver's license and passport with a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time

- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends

- Fluent in English
