Responsibilities
Conduct on-site assessments in diverse locations, ensuring adherence to project protocols and safety guidelines
Collect data accurately through observations, interviews, and measurements
Prepare detailed reports summarising findings and providing actionable insights
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and participants professionally and courteously
Maintain organised records of assessments and related documentation
Assist in the development of assessment tools and methodologies as required
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and organisational policies
Experience
Previous experience in care, teaching or educational roles is highly desirable, demonstrating strong communication skills
Proven ability to conduct assessments or evaluations in a professional setting
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in various environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups of people
Familiarity with data collection tools and reporting software is advantageous
