Field-Based Marketing Manager



Overview



We are looking for a proactive, people-focused

Field-Based Marketing Manager

to support up to 20 private hearing care practices across the south-west. This is a highly collaborative and varied role, combining strategic marketing insight with hands-on field support. You'll act as the vital link between our central marketing team and local branches, supporting with in-practice marketing activity, providing coaching and guidance, and helping teams drive patient enquiries and engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Branch Support



Conduct regular site visits to audit marketing activity and ensure practices are aligned with brand standards and expectations.

Assess how teams are communicating with patients, ensuring messaging is consistent, compassionate, and aligned with brand values.

Support branches in managing their CRM systems and patient databases effectively, with a focus on accurate data input and consistent patient follow-ups.

Monitor and maintain in-practice marketing materials, ensuring they are current, professional, and relevant to current campaigns.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Manage and support a small central marketing team, ensuring alignment between central plans and branch execution.

Act as the "eyes and ears" of the marketing department in the field, feeding back insights and opportunities to Head Office.

Foster a culture of collaboration across both central and branch teams, leading by example, rolling up your sleeves, and actively contributing to group success.

Deliver internal training and guidance to branch teams on marketing best practices and CRM usage.

Strategy, Planning & Campaign Execution



Co-develop a marketing activity schedule with the central team, tailored to individual site needs and local opportunities.

Plan and coordinate monthly open events across various locations, supporting lead generation and local awareness.

Identify gaps in local marketing execution and advise on creative, targeted ways to drive enquiries and bookings.

Recommend localised marketing strategies to improve patient acquisition and retention.

CRM & Data Best Practice



Support practices in using CRM systems to their full potential, troubleshooting issues, advising on usage, and coaching teams.

Encourage data-driven decision making by promoting good habits around data capture and reporting.

Track performance and work with teams to implement improvements.

About You



Marketing experience in a multi-site environment, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of CRM systems and database marketing.

Able to build trust quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Confident auditing, training, and coaching teams in person.

Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience through clear communication and local engagement.

Creative thinker who thrives on developing new ideas and solving problems.

Comfortable managing remotely and working independently across regions.

A team player with a can-do attitude who's happy to roll up their sleeves.

Desirable Experience



Experience working in private health care or similar industry.

Background in remote team management or supporting teams across multiple locations.

Strong training or mentoring experience, especially in marketing or CRM-related processes.
