Are you driven, ambitious, and ready to take your career to the next level? As a Field-Based Sales Advisor with KCOM, you'll play a key role in bringing our award-winning full fibre broadband to homes across our heartland and expansion areas.


This is a field-based role where no two days are the same -- you'll be out and about in cities, towns, and rural communities, meeting people face-to-face, educating them about our services, and helping them get connected. Salary

- Starting salary 27,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission - 12000 on target earnings with uncapped potential

Location

- Field Based, covering East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with potential customers through door-to-door field work in both existing and expansion areas. Deliver against sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations. Provide an excellent customer experience from first contact through to sign-up, always following company policies and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Follow up diligently on sales activity, ensuring every opportunity is maximised. Share feedback on marketing offers, market conditions, and trends to help us stay ahead. Plan and prioritise your own sales activities to make the most of your time in the field.

Requirements:




We're looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated and driven with a genuine passion for sales. A great communicator and listener who can quickly build rapport with customers. Target-focused and thrives on not just meeting, but exceeding goals. A strong team player with proven experience of hitting sales targets. Organised, with the ability to plan personal activity and manage time effectively. Excited to be part of KCOM's growth journey and to play a role in shaping our future. Full UK driving licence and happy to travel across East Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire
