Operating in a defined area, responding to pre-planned appointments, with a potential to recommend the full range of mobility equipment for the elderly, disabled or those looking to stay independent you will be the face of the company and will make the first impression that builds on the already excellent reputation of the company. Under the guidance of the Head of Sales you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate quotes, tender submissions and when needed provide showroom cover. Full training will be given on all areas of the role along with industry recognised qualifications.
Key Jobs Roles
To fully understand the internal sales process and approach developed by the team at TPG
To gain a complete understanding of the products sold by TPG and to develop an understanding of competitor products and pricing.
To be aware of competitor activities including products, marketing and organisational structure and to communicate this activity to the Head of Sales.
To keep up-to-date with competitor products and sales processes and understand how to counteract any new developments.
To develop the ability to assess the needs of the client through good questioning techniques and to use the assessment to safely specify products suited to the client's needs.
To conduct technical assessments of a buildings construction enabling you to match needs and demands of clients with the equipment on offer
To maintain at all times the highest standards of professionalism honesty, integrity and safety in keeping with the companies position as one of the market leaders.
