Field Care Supervisor

to join our team in a

dual role

--supporting both office-based coordination and field-based care supervision.

What We Offer:

16,000 annual salary for 24 contracted hours (Mon, Wed, Fri) Additional hourly pay for:

2 evening shifts per week

Every other weekend

Participation in on-call rota with additional pay

Working Hours:

Contracted:

24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Additional:

2 evenings per week + alternate weekends (paid hourly)

On-call:

Paid rota participation required
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out spot checks, service user reviews, and care assessments Support the creation and review of person-centred care plans Monitor care quality and compliance with CQC and company standards Mentor and supervise care staff, offering ongoing guidance and support Assist with rota coordination and day-to-day care scheduling Respond to client needs and ensure care is delivered safely and effectively Support service audits and gather client feedback Participate in the on-call rota, providing support out of hours
Requirements:

Experience in domiciliary or community care Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential. Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality monitoring Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexible with availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

Pay: From 16,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 37 per week
