What You'll Do:



Lead, support, and mentor our care teams to ensure they deliver exceptional community care Travel throughout the areas we serve--using a company car (or your own, if preferred)--to undertake spot checks, customer assessments, and care visits Conduct reviews, respond to concerns, and identify training needs to continually improve care quality Undertake administrative responsibilities, ensuring all paperwork and digital care plans are current and accurate Provide support in emergencies or staffing shortages, including weekend out-of-hours on-call duties Build strong, professional relationships with customers, relatives, and healthcare professionals, ensuring the best possible outcomes

What We're Looking For:



Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across our service areas A minimum of 3 years' experience in domiciliary care or support work NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Excellent communication and people skills, with a caring, professional attitude Flexibility to cover alternate weekends and participate in out-of-hours support Strong IT skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive problem-solver committed to supporting clients and team members

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
