Location: Herefordshire, Worcestershire & Northern Gloucestershire


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: 33,000 - 36,000 per year + Commission


Start Date: Interviews to begin w/c 11th August 2025

The Opportunity


Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Fuel Sales Executive to join our successful and expanding team. You will cover the Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Northern Gloucestershire area, working to identify new business opportunities while maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing customers.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated and proactive salesperson who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys building long-term partnerships--particularly within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and target new local business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate competitive pricing and terms Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activities and communications Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market movements

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales, ideally within the fuel, energy, or agricultural sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A proactive and customer-focused mindset Knowledge of the fuel industry is preferred but not essential

Schedule



Monday to Friday, Day Shifts Field-based with regular in-person client visits
