Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations, ensuring that Pick-ups and Drops are executed efficiently and safely. This position requires strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to drive Multi person carrier types of vehicles. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and liaising with Management personnel to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee Pick-Ups & Drops schedules to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Communicate effectively with Dispatcher, staff, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any mechanical issues. Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles, ensuring proper handling. Maintain accurate records of journeys, including any discrepancies or damages. Provide training and support to any new drivers on best practices for operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all field activities.

Requirements

Previous experience as a driver or in a similar logistics role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot vehicle issues as they arise. Experience driving MPV vehicles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience as a commercial driver is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with day to day operations is beneficial.
