PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:



Provide and interrogate appropriate reports and source data to enable business targets, objectives and revenue delivery. Support the UK Delivery Manager with administrative duties. Proactively identifying performance trends to assist with target delivery. Assist with the planning and inception of new innovations. Assist UK Delivery Manager to identify risks and opportunities for Field Operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



Deliver comprehensive analysis of reports and data to inform business decision-making and support the achievement of targets. Propose and implement improvements to existing working systems and procedures, driving continuous development. Complete ad hoc analytical tasks as assigned by the UK Delivery Manager, ensuring timely and insightful outputs. Provide actionable insights to Field Operations through effective collaboration with other teams. Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and implement measures that mitigate future risks. Share skills and knowledge with colleagues to foster a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. Offer support with FDM requests to maintain operational continuity. Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery for IMServ customers and the achievement of service level agreements. Develop new or enhance existing reports to add value to the Field team's operations. Perform thorough administrative accuracy checks on field costs and submissions to maintain data integrity and financial accuracy.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:



Proven IT Skills in Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple IT Systems. Previous analyst experience. Proven communication skills both verbal and written. Customer Service skills. Presentation skills Customer focused; able to identify & respond to customer's needs. Willing to take ownership for issue resolution. Flexible, willing & able to cope with change in a pressurised environment.
