A Day in the Life



Step into a creative and rewarding role where you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers. As an Education Consultant, you'll:



Deliver inspiring courses to salons within your territory and at our Regional Venues or hubs.



Collaborate with leading names in the hairdressing industry, sharing your passion for colour, retail, and superior service.



Develop new course programs and projects to enhance the business and elevate education.



Set ambitious goals, overcome challenges, and exceed expectations with an entrepreneurial mindset.



Stay ahead of trends, innovate, and lead with charisma to inspire others.



Be a true ambassador for our brands, reflecting their values and commitment to excellence.



We Are Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Experience delivering technical workshops, presentations, and classes.



NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications and advanced colour expertise.



Commercial acumen and a passion for selling.



Exceptional confidence, technical competence, and strong communication skills.



A proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop people.



Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.



A full UK Driving License and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
