Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to join our team in the Cheltenham area. Based out of our local service centre, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of materials handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment. Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety compliance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities. Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in equipment repair or forklift maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Relevant certifications in forklift operation or maintenance.
