As a Field Installation Manager at Wren, you'll oversee kitchen and bedroom installations from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction. You'll manage subcontracted teams, uphold quality standards, and take full ownership of each project--from job allocation to final sign-off. Covering locations Newcastle, Durham over to Carlisle.


Key Responsibilities:




Oversee full installation process with clear customer communication. Coordinate with central teams to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly. Support and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance. Schedule, monitor, and audit installations for standards, safety, and "Wren Way" adherence. Evaluate new subcontractors for skills and fit. Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and providing progress updates. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline operations. Manage costs and resources efficiently. Handle warranty and technical site visits, reporting and escalating as needed. Work with showroom teams to gather feedback and drive improvements. In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS)Responsibilities document

About You




Experienced installation manager with expertise in kitchens, bedrooms, and construction practices. Strong understanding of regulations and project lifecycles. Skilled in team leadership, subcontractor selection, and client communication. Flexible, mobile, and solutions-focused.
