What does this role involve?

You will play a central role in the Field Services department, managing and supporting our engineers to safely install our smart meters. A key responsibility is ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards along with delivering a high level of customer service.?

Day to day, you will:??

manage operations of the field engineers; report team progress and updates to relevant stakeholders; set expectations to field engineers to achieve installation targets; ensure health & safety standards are adhered to and training is regularly kept up to date; maintain a working rota for engineers to ensure the workload is covered.

Who are we looking for?

Your experience as a Dual fuel smart meter engineer, will give you a good understanding of how a successful team can be organised to maximise output and ensure the safe completion of jobs.??

You will have an up-to-date CCN1, MET 1 or equivalent qualification and hold a gas safe status.??

You will have strong people skills, using effective planning and communication to achieve SLA's and provide reports based on performance to relevant stakeholders.?
