As a Field Manager, you'll oversee site-based field works, liaise with clients, manage team safety and welfare, and ensure projects are delivered to specification. You'll lead by example and maintain CCS Group's standards of professionalism and quality.

Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (Required)* SMSTS or equivalent certification
Punctuality and professionalism
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Calm, reliable, and proactive attitude
Experience managing field operations and client relationships
Strong leadership, communication skills and problem solving skills
Experience in industrial cleaning or field operations
Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site challenges
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and complete site-based field works across UK client sites
Liaise professionally with clients regarding project updates and changes
Maintain strong working relationships with clients during active projects
Manage safety and welfare of field staff
Lead teams to practical completion of tasks, including hands-on support
Ensure punctuality and readiness of the entire team
Confirm tool kits and PPE/RPE are brought to site daily and maintained
Liaise with senior management, unit management, and field teams
Book equipment and confirm weekly requirements
Seek clarification from senior management when work instructions are unclear
Use Stop Work Authority when necessary
Ensure travel time includes allowances for breaks
Submit job reports (daily or weekly depending on scope)
Enforce hygiene and uniform standards across the team
Clock in/out accurately using internal software
Maintain company assets and clear vehicles of personal waste daily
Provide a minimum of 3 weeks' notice for holiday requests
Uphold duty of care for junior staff
Relay critical site information to senior managers in a timely manner
Key Deliverables
Conduct vehicle asset care checks
Enforce daily and monthly uniform standards via internal software
Manage, and monitor correct use of PPE/RPE
Maintain and manage equipment
Submit job reports via internal software (daily/weekly based on job size)
Communicate proactively with field teams and senior management
Drive standards for quality, safety, and compliance
Promote positive client interactions on all projects
Encourage a "can-do" mindset and identify training/mentoring opportunities
Foster team collaboration through positive leadership and feedback
Demonstrate initiative across all areas of responsibility

Pay: 32,175.00-55,380.00 per year
