About the Role:
The Field Marketing Manager will lead field marketing initiatives and programs focused on driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within assigned territories and market segments. This role requires strategic thinking, program management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
How you will make an impact:
Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies for assigned territories and segments
Manage and coordinate regional events, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement programs
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with territory goals and pipeline objectives
Develop and manage field marketing budgets and resource allocation
Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decision-making
Drive lead generation and pipeline development through targeted field marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and external service providers
Analyze and report on program performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics
Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and corporate marketing teams
Support customer reference programs, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and regional marketing staff
Travel to support regional activities and customer engagement events
Other strategic initiatives as assigned
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles
Proven experience managing marketing programs and driving measurable results
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and channel partners
Ability to travel to support regional activities
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
