The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for campaign strategy, development and implementation across EMEA. Working closely with global teams this role will identify the unique needs across the region and manage the content and event calendar. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate across demand generation, product marketing, sales and sales development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong integrated marketing experience, and the ability to track campaign performance through to business outcomes.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing EMEA.

What you will be doing:



Develop campaign strategy to maximise demand generation across multiple segments and geographies Work with resellers to generate demand for Instructure products and services Identify, plan and deliver and/or participate in owned and 3rd party events, including CanvasCon - our flagship regional event. Leverage and localise campaigns by partnering with content and event teams across the globe Manage creative and event agencies to deliver quality campaigns on time and to budget Manage the campaign calendar for EMEA and work with stakeholders across the region to develop a regular cadence of articles, ebooks and events

Campaign engagement (View through, open rates, click through rates) Demand funnel KPIs (volume, conversion, velocity, value) Sourced and Influenced Pipeline Sourced and Influenced Bookings Campaign ROI

What you will need to know/have:



5+ years experience in marketing strategy, campaigns and events Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Excellent writing and editing skills, with an adherence to SEO Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and project management skills Strong ability to analyse data and draw upon actionable insights Understanding how campaigns contribute to a multi-channel demand creation approach Experience in Drupal, Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics is desirable
