Field Merchandiser

to join our National Accounts team on a

fixed term contract of 12 months

, the role is based in the Northeast area. You will receive a competitive salary, plus excellent benefits.

The purpose of this role is to visit and develop relationships with all forecourt and convenience stores within your region to help increase sales of The Totally Wicked Group portfolio of brands. You will be the 'face' of the business within your store network and will provide support through: staff training, sales performance, display maintenance, merchandising and POS refresh. As one of our Totally Wicked Brand Ambassadors you will visit your sites on a regular call cycle determined by store type and profile and be the eyes and ears of the business providing regular insight and feedback on the category and channel.

Main duties will be:

To Deliver and merchandise POS solutions in new and existing concession retail outlets as per planograms and site directives.

Implement and deliver in depth training to the retail concession teams on a defined set of Vaping products, ensuring participants understand our products and our ethos of delivering high quality customer service.

Complete a pre-defined visitation audit report for each site visit, including images of all POS solutions.

Ensure ongoing support, training & coaching through scheduled visitations within pre-defined periods.

You will become the go-to person for all site support, so the development of relationships with our concession store teams is critical.

You will be travelling to stores within your pre-defined region, time management and optimal route planning is essential.

Ensure any administration and reporting required by the department head is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Effective evaluation and reviews of all training to ensure that the programme objectives are being met

Wider business support where required.
