Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking and proficient field / on-site instrument calibration technician to join our busy on site calibration team based in Harrogate, We calibrate , repair and service all types of electrical and mechanical instrumentation for a wide verity of industries, Railway, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Health Care, Aeronautical to mention a few. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting our new and existing customers around the UK and sometimes abroad to calibrate their various instrumentation. occasional hotel stop overs will be needed . Training will be given.

Your responsibilities will be:

Calibration of instruments Writing / approval of calibration procedures Technical support compiling service / mapping reports As a successful candidate you will have: Suitable recognised qualifications and or experience time spent in a transferable engineering position Communication, organisational and team work skills Initiative, focus and commitment You will work within a dedicated team is part of a successful growing group of companies. Working 40 hours per week + Over time with 23 days free choice holidays per year, good pc skills are a must be able to work as part of a team and under your own initiative. Some working away from home is required.

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
