Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Photocopier Engineer located in Wirral but working in the field across Merseyside and Manchester . The Photocopier Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing photocopier equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing technical support, and conducting regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. The role will also involve responding to service calls in a timely manner and managing spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

Installation, maintenance, and repair of photocopier equipment

Technical support and troubleshooting skills

Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues

Experience with brands such as Sharp, Xerox and Lexmark.

Knowledge of network and software troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus

Prior experience in a similar role is essential

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
