What You'll Be Doing:
Using our custom-built mobile app to identify and visit eligible households
Speaking with homeowners to introduce energy-saving solutions (like solar panels, heat pumps, and insulation)
Generating 2-5 qualified leads per day within your assigned territory
Logging visits and managing daily tasks through our mobile CRM system
Building rapport with local residents and property owners
Meeting weekly performance targets and maintaining high lead quality
What We're Looking For:
Based in Wales
Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
Previous experience in face-to-face or field sales is ideal, but not essential
A confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
Willingness to travel locally and work independently
Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
