Field Sales Agent - 30 OTE

We're establishing and rapidly growing a team of high-impact field sales agents. This is your chance to be a pioneer and help shape the future of field sales at The Modern Milkman.
What you'll do...
This is a variable activity role that combines the best of field sales and marketing:

• Door-to-door selling in and around Manchester and across the UK
• Street selling and sampling - represent our brand and win new customers through face-to-face engagement
• Take part in larger PR and brand activities - from city center activations to unique marketing campaigns
• Build genuine relationships with customers who LOVE sustainable, farm-fresh produce
• Pioneer new sales strategies as the first field sales agent of your kind at The Modern Milkman

What we're looking for...
Essential Requirements:

• Based in Manchester or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role!) with a UK valid driving licence
• Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
• Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales roles
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
• Resilient and optimistic - you bounce back quickly from rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Physically capable of being on your feet and active throughout the day

This is an initial 6 Month contract role with a pro rata base salary of 22K, uncapped commission and OTE of 30,500!
