Our expert team is dedicated to delivering accurate and reliable property assessments, ensuring our clients receive fair and optimal business rates. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, precision, and client-focused approach.

You will play a key role in delivering accurate property inspections, valuations, and reports to support business rates assessments and appeals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough site inspections of commercial. Gather and analyse property data, including market trends and comparable valuations. Prepare detailed and professional valuation reports. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support business rates appeals and negotiations. Ensure all documentation complies with relevant legislation and industry standards. Keep accurate records and contribute to best practice across the team.

Requirements
