The role of

Field Sales Associate

is to support and help build upon existing accounts and help establish new and exciting partnerships in the Primary and Secondary sectors. We are looking for someone with a true desire to make a name for themselves in the medical sales industry, who has a thirst to hit targets and always seeks new ways to promote our brand and identify opportunities for product sales. You must have a 'can do' attitude, be a natural networker and offer a creative approach to building trusted long-term relationships. Ideal candidates will have some previous experience in field sales and be happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

The roles are field based which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays or long periods of driving can be expected.

Role & Responsibilities:



Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for the urology and healthcare lubricants Optimum Medical portfolio. Delivering and exceeding agreed targets for new patient registrations onto our Vyne service. Develop a thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) operates. Ward Walking and replenishing stock in designated hospitals Monitor and analyse sales data, customer trends, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and presentation skills Possess demonstratable commercial/business acumen. Dynamic and driven with a real interest in developing a career in medical sales. Desire to work in a target driven environment. Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder - a natural networker! Be able to operate independently, and also work and contribute effectively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory A full UK Driving License

Desirable, but not essential:



Degree in business, science, or related field Some experience in urology Experience in a medical device sales role with a successful track record Being familiar with Netsuite would be advantageous but not essential as full training would be provided.

Salary will be dependent on experience, and we are happy to discuss this directly. In this a full time 40 hrs role and you will be field-based Monday - Friday within your territory.
