What You'll Need to Succeed:
Experience:
Minimum 12 months in sales. Desirably in the field.
Proven Success:
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
Customer Focus:
Experience in selling to a diverse customer base.
Mindset:
Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results.
Accountability:
Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door to door sales calls to current and prospective customers.
Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics
Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
