We are seeking a proactive and dynamic external

Field Sales Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties



Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups. Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through targeted outreach and networking. Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals to meet organisational targets. Drive to various client locations, ensuring timely and professional service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and appointments using organisational tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions. Active participation in Argosy's exhibition calendar,

Requirements



Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in IT systems for reporting, scheduling, and client management. Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of professionalism. Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in sales or field operations is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in sales and client relationship management within a supportive environment.

Desirable

Experience in broadcast, AV, media tech, live events or systems integration. Interest in developing into a European account remit.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
