Job Summary



We are hiring

two Sales Executives

to join our growing team in the North East:

One role focused on the

Construction & Demolition

sector One role focused on

Commercial & Industrial

sectors
These are field-based roles with regular time spent at our Head Office in Bedlington Northumberland. You will be responsible for generating new business, converting leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and secure new business opportunities Convert company-supplied leads into long-term clients Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Negotiate pricing within company guidelines Upsell and grow existing client accounts Maintain accurate records using ERP and CRM systems Collaborate with internal departments and support the Sales Director

Requirements



Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident, articulate, and assertive Self-motivated and results-driven Able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent planning and organizational skills Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (A-Levels or Degree desirable)
