Field Sales Executive - Events & Markets - Big Money Potential

Earnings: 30,000 to 90,000+

Are you a natural people-person with experience in direct or face-to-face sales? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your earnings reflect your effort? If you love talking to people and want the freedom to make serious money, this role is for you.

We're an established and growing bakery that sells our popular handmade products at events, markets, and festivals across the region. We're now looking for a driven, confident sales professional to join our team and sell directly to the public at a wide range of locations.

This is not a passive retail job -- you won't be standing around waiting for customers. You'll be actively engaging with everyone who walks by, offering free samples, sharing what makes our products great, and closing sales.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in field sales, door-to-door, B2C, or event sales Is comfortable being paid commission only Loves talking to people and knows how to sell Is proactive, confident, and motivated by results Understands that every passerby is a potential sale Can work independently and reliably Has access to a car (or can reliably travel to event locations)
What you'll be doing:

Set up and run a stall at a market, event, or festival Engage with the public, offer samples, and sell with enthusiasm Represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and pride Work full days (typically 8-9 hours), usually starting in the morning Pack down, clean up, and report daily sales
Realistic Earnings:

Many of our events generate 1,000+ in sales per day With 35% commission, that means 350+ in your pocket for a day's work Weekly earnings of 700-1,200+ are regularly achieved by motivated reps Some quieter days happen -- but with consistent effort and the right approach, high income is absolutely possible
