Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, gather feedback, and promote products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple client engagements and administrative tasks.
Skills
Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales and customer management.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
