We are a well-established confidential document destruction company based in Bardon, near Coalville, Leicestershire currently recruiting for a Sales Executive/Business Consultant.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for individuals interested in a career in field sales with a potential progression to sales management. Previous sales experience would prove advantageous although not necessary, as full training is provided. If you are looking for a company that will give you the opportunity to progress and be successful in a sales career, then this may be the role for you.

As a Business Consultant you will be making introductory B2B calls, both outbound and field based, in line with daily targets; all with a view to scheduling fact-finding appointments where a potential client's current situation will be discussed. Following this you will be able to ascertain and agree their business needs and requirements. When all needs and requirements have been identified, an attractive and cost-effective solution will then be offered from our substantial portfolio of services.

You will be given the equipment, training, and environment to make you as efficient and effective as possible; helping you make the most of your time to maximize results.

SKILLS:

- You will have strong listening skills, making clients feel listened to and fully understanding their needs to find the fit with our product. You will be able to come across as professional, approachable, articulate and be able to converse comfortably with people at all levels.

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
