Job Description

Kingsman Real Estate is expanding, and we're looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Canvassing Executive. This role focuses on door knocking, lead generation, and booking valuation appointments. You'll be working directly with senior management and representing a strong, well-established brand in the Cambridge market.

The Role

You'll be responsible for speaking with homeowners, identifying potential sellers, and collecting key contact information. We provide clear routes, training, and weekly support so you always know exactly what you're working toward.

Pay & Commission

Hourly Rate: 15.25

Commission:

30 per qualified valuation appointment booked + 10% commission on completed sales for any appointment you book
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,160.00-34,320.00 per year
