Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for driving sales growth? We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team and take ownership of UK & Ireland territories.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across your territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform company strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company

Experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills Previous field experience is preferred but not essential Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities Full UK/Ireland driving licence and willingness to travel Experience in manufacturing industry preferred but not essential Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven mindset Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
