We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and building strong relationships with clients. As a Field Sales Executive, you will engage in both B2B and direct sales efforts, leveraging your expertise in technology and account management to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals within your designated territory.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing features that meet customer needs.
Experience in territory management and direct sales strategies is essential.
