Field Sales Representative (Employee Engagement Executive)

UK Wide Travel | Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week

Salary & Progression:

Starting Base Salary:

28,000

Passing probation:

31,000 Base Salary

Opportunity for Base Salary to rise to 41k within 9-12 months

Strong commission structure:

Uncapped!

What You'll Do:

Visiting blue collar workplaces like care homes, Bus depots, warehouses etc Speak directly with staff and offer employee benefits that truly improve lives - from health support to financial protection with our insurance offering Work pre-booked locations--NO cold calling!

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (0-6 points, no bans in the last 4 years). Positive attitude, great with people, and ready to make an impact!
